Background
Mu hails from Alon, a cannibalistic Lamarakhi tribe. Notable personages include:

  • Ma Hek the storyteller, whom Mu idolizes
  • Kojo the navigator, Mu’s childhood friend
  • Ni Lan I the master of opium, Mu’s second cousin

Mu is the daughter of a renowned headhuntress. Unfortunately, her poor constitution keeps her from following in her mother’s footsteps. Taking inspiration from Ma Hek’s tales, Mu has resolved to seek and explore the world, overcoming her physical weakness with magical prowess. As a nod to her river-faring roots, she keeps an oar to her side at all times.

Mu speaks both Trade and Lamarakhi. Her struggles with the local dialect, however, is of small magnitude compared to her troubles getting citydwellers to pronounce her full name — Ruvrijntjthaaya Mu Vrimukraman. As a result, she has taken to calling herself “Mu”.

Goals
